Foothills Handyman was created in 2023 by Owner/Operator, Jacob Melnychuk. We operate out of Lincoln CA and serve the surrounding areas. We work with individuals as well as Property Management Groups. We offer everything from rental turnover, paint, trim, outside the wall electrical and plumbing, yard work, irrigation, sod, fencing/gates, appliance installs, minor flooring repairs, custom shed builds, roof leaks (minor), gutter cleaning, pressure washing, drywall repair, and all other forms of general maintenance.
